Oma's VISIONARY IMPACT
OMA’s vision shapes not just buildings, but the way we experience space. As the creative force behind Norra Tornen — where our gallery now finds its home — OMA continues to challenge boundaries between architecture, art, and life itself. Founded by Rem Koolhaas in 1975, the studio is internationally renowned for its bold, transformative designs that turn structures into cultural landmarks.
Redefining a Skyline
With Norra Tornen, OMA redefined Stockholm’s skyline. Brutalist yet elegant, futuristic yet grounded, the towers have become an instant landmark—an emblem of architectural ambition and cultural possibility. Their design was awarded the International Highrise Award in 2020, recognizing it as one of the world’s most innovative and inspiring skyscrapers.

A Daily Source of Inspiration
For us at HAS, this is more than just an address. It’s a daily source of inspiration. OMA’s spirit of experimentation and unapologetic vision lives in the very concrete around us—and we carry that forward in everything we do. From the artists we exhibit to the conversations we host, we honor this architectural legacy by continuing to challenge, connect, and imagine.
